Kentang Goreng Berempah (Mamak Style)
3 normal size potatoes. cut into wedges and fried.
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1tbsp coriander powder (ketumbar)
1tbsp cumin powder (jintan putih)
1tbsp aniseed powder (jintan manis)
1tbsp black mustard (biji sawi)
1teasp chilli powder
1teasp turmeric powder
salt (secukup rasa)
oil for cooking
Heat the cooking oil in medium heat. Saute the minced garlic till fragrant. Add in black mustard and curry leaves. Stir.
Add the fried potatoes and mixed well. Add in all the powders and additional oil if the paste became too dry (but not too much of oil!). Stir. Add in salt and stir again.
Ready to be served. (Sedap dimakan panas-panas :)
