Fried Garlic Rosemary Potatoes

Let me share with you dear readers an easy peasy potato dish (as easy as 1,2,3! :D) which can be served as side dish for your steak or grilled beef/chicken. This is one of my favourite potato dish and I made it earlier to compliment our black pepper steak for dinner tonite...



Fried Garlic Rosemary Potatoes



Ingredients:

Potatoes (cubed)
olive oil
garlic (finely chopped)/garlic powder *
rosemary leaves (chopped)*
black pepper*
salt*



Method:

1) fried the potatoes cubed with olive oil.
2) when the potatoes are almost cooked, add in all the other ingredients (*).
3) stir well till the potatoes are cooked.


seeeee, told ya'! it's easy as 1,2,3 steps literally! :D
